Property of 90 hectares (900.000 m2) with direct access from the main road, also accessible by sea from the counter-coast of the island of Itaparica. Nowadays it has been planted with African palms for the production of palm oil and coconut trees. The farm is included within the Urban Development Planning of the municipality of Veracruz, so its current use may be changed through the relevant ground’s development instruments. The estate's proximity to the main road of the island, the airdrome and the Atlantic coast makes it an optimal investment given the opportunity to develop on it hotel-type projects, golf resort, or simply dedicated to the expansion of existing urbanizations. It has more than 5,000 coconut trees, variety "ANAO", capable of producing between 50 and 100 coconuts each year being the maximun yields up to around 200 units per tree in his best performance cycle provided they are used appropriate techniques for intensive cultivation. The trees are young (planted 6 years ago) and they're already in its second year of production. The pastures are ideal for fattening cattle (approximately 50 animals).
